The new Coles is here

New-look Coles Parkmore store brings a new innovative shopping experience!
Keysborough locals will enjoy an even more convenient and accessible way to shop, with the rejuvenated store at Parkmore Shopping Centre unveiled to customers this Thursday.

With a larger footprint, the upgraded store will boast a larger fresh produce section alongside a squeeze your own orange juice machine. Notable additions also include an increased and more diverse selection of authentic Asian ingredients as well as a new-look deli with a selection of local and imported cheeses and much-loved RSPCA-approved hot roast chickens.

A brand-new open front bakery will offer customers an array of fresh sourdough, fresh flat bread and a patisserie range, the self-serve bread slicer will promise the perfect loaf with every shop.  Four-legged friends also have more reasons to enjoy the weekly shop with the addition of a pet treat bar offering tasty pick-and-mix snacks.

Always looking for ways to deliver value to customers, the store has introduced a Best Buys section, where customers can find great deals on a range of brands and products.

Additional parking spots have also been added to the dedicated undercover Click&Collect area, making shopping trips more convenient than ever. The Click&Collect option allows customers to have their online grocery order delivered straight to their car at the dedicated concierge service right outside the store.

A new-look Liquorland store at Parkmore Shopping Centre will also offer customers a single and convenient destination to pick up their food and drink.

Parkmore Shopping Centre Manager Jodie Pearce is thrilled to be welcoming a new-look Coles and Liquorland to the Parkmore Shopping Centre.

“At Parkmore, we continually focus on providing retail experiences that excite our shoppers, while also providing quick and convenient access to their everyday needs,” she said.

We have listened to our customers’ needs and are committed to making their shopping experience more convenient than ever with options that our customers haven’t had access to previously.” Waqas said.

“The additional space in store has allowed us introduce a range of exciting new features, including a squeeze your own OJ machine and an extended range of Asian ingredients.”

The Parkmore store team has seen significant growth over the last six months, welcoming more than 50 new faces. The team of 175 employees includes long-standing members Lorraine Ternes who has worked with Coles for 37 years and Savitri Nair who is celebrating 28 years at Coles.

Coles Parkmore will continue to work with food rescue organisation SecondBite to donate unsold, edible food to Food Filled to help feed those facing food insecurity in the local area.

In addition, Coles Parkmore will be donating $5,000 to the Keysborough Primary School in support of Coles’ ongoing partnership with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden, to encourage students to adopt lifelong healthy eating habits.
