We cannot guarantee to fit you into a time close by to your session, however will do our best to accommodate.

You'll need to pre-book your session to make sure Santa knows you're coming! There won't be any walk-in sessions available.

No, masks and social distancing are no longer mandatory so guests and Santa are not reuired to wear a mask or social distance. You will be able to sit with Santa again on the Santa throne. 

Yes. Your furry friends are welcome! Please ensure you book a special pet session, and that your pets arrive on a leash as there will be other pets around.

Yes. The house is wheel chair accessible.

No, the more the merrier. However we reccomend if you have more than 12 people that you make multiple bookings back to back to ensure you have enough time to capture your magic moment.

Santa arrives on Saturday 12 November and will be here until Christmas Eve, times vary each day. Visit the booking site for available times.
